East Coast Grill - The casual restaurant of my dreams and the easiest place to eat in Boston. Good raw bar, some not half-bad barbecue, a nice job with grilled meats, and the best grilled fish anywhere. I wish they would clone this place and bring it to NYC. The downside is the always-troubling Boston no-reservation policy, which means that the wait can be long if you hit it at the wrong time. Save room for the great ice creams you will find at Christina's which is only a few stores down Cambridge Street. A
